I’ve been sprinting for over a decade and played academy football in my teenage years. Having worked with professional athletes, sports teams, and the general public, I wanted to share my experience and understanding of speed with people. My goal is to reduce athletes’ injury risk and enhance their performance, with the intention of success and longevity. Games and events can be decided in split seconds, be the difference!
