From the moment I could walk, movement has been a part of my identity. Whether it was swinging a tennis racket, chasing down a football, or stepping into the cage for MMA, sports have always been my outlet, my passion, and my purpose.

I grew up inspired by my dad, a dedicated bodybuilder whose discipline and strength left a deep impression on me. I started going to the gym at just 15 years old, learning the value of consistency and hard work early on. That foundation would carry me through every challenge ahead. My athletic path took me through a wide range of disciplines—badminton, football, martial arts—but it was basketball that became my first serious love. I played Division 2 in the British National League, competing at a high level and pushing myself to the limits. Unfortunately, a knee injury forced me to step back from the court and reevaluate my goals. That injury became a turning point. I committed myself to rehab, building not just my knee back up but also my mindset. Once I recovered, I set off to travel the world for over six months, spending most of that time in Thailand immersed in the art of Muay Thai. The discipline, culture, and intensity of Thai boxing reshaped how I approached training and life. Returning to England, I transitioned into the world of boxing. Since then, I’ve been grinding hard and chasing greatness in the ring. Today, I proudly hold an 8-0 amateur boxing record, with eyes set on even bigger goals ahead. My journey is a mix of highs and lows, sport and spirit, injury and recovery—but through it all, the passion never left. I’m just getting started. Speciality As a personal trainer, my specialty lies in athletic performance, boxing conditioning, and functional strength training. With a lifetime of experience across multiple sports—from basketball and MMA to Muay Thai and boxing—I bring a dynamic, well-rounded approach to fitness. I focus on helping clients build real-world strength, explosive power, and resilience, whether they’re athletes looking to level up or everyday individuals wanting to train like one. My sessions blend high-performance training with injury prevention and mobility work—rooted in my own journey of recovery and comeback after a serious knee injury. I’m especially passionate about combat sports conditioning, teaching boxing fundamentals, and helping clients unlock discipline, mental toughness, and confidence through structured, goal-oriented training. Whether your goal is to fight, get fit, or simply feel stronger in your body and mind—I bring the intensity, the knowledge, and the results-driven mindset to help you get there.
