Hi! I’m Chrissy. I specialise in working with female clients, particularly those who have taken a long break from exercise following childbirth and older populations. I worked as a gym instructor where I ran and designed full body strength and conditioning, tone, abs, stretching and relaxation, circuits/HIIT, and cycle classes. I offer tailored advice to build client confidence whilst building strength and form in the process. My motto is “stick with it” and “consistency is key”, because I will be with you during the bad times and the good. I love training with my clients, so don’t be surprised if you see me sweating alongside you! I would love to share my knowledge and provide a space to help people rediscover themselves. I can help you with: weight loss, body positivity, diet and nutrition advice (everything in moderation, you don’t need to be too strict), a holistic approach to fitness for all-round improvement (CV, strength, flexibility, functional movement), and lifestyle coaching and mentoring to develop confidence and healthy habits.
