I am a Personal Trainer who is on a journey of continued self development. I have experience, knowledge and passion across different forms of training. I practice Calisthenics, Traditional Resistance, HIIT, CrossFit, Functional and other forms of Metabolic Conditioning. I have helped numerous clients reach their fitness goals while at the same time educating them along the way, helping them to break through mental barriers. My ethos is to make fitness fun and my slogan is "I make machines". I regularly run Circuit & HIIT classes which I program myself and I have a good knowledge of nutrition which goes hand in hand with my exercise and training programming.
